Defective Products
If you receive a defective item, please email us at [email protected] for assistance. Contact us as soon as you receive your item if it meets any of the following conditions:
We will refund or replace your order at no cost in the following cases:
- The product itself is flawed.
- Design error: the wrong design compared to the information provided on our site.
- The product details differ from your order, such as type or size.
What Should You Do?
For any refund request, please report the issue to us within 14 days of receiving your items. Include the following information in your email to [email protected]:
- Your order/invoice ID.
- If you received the wrong or damaged item, please send us a picture of what you received.
Once we evaluate your request, we will process it within 1-3 business days. If approved, the refund should arrive within 2-3 business days.
Returns
If you receive the wrong or defective items, there’s no need to return them. We will approve your refund, which you can expect to receive within 2-3 business days.
Please Note:
We do not process refunds, replacements, or returns in the following cases:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing the wrong shipping address, not being home to receive the delivery, not picking up the package).
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g., customs issues, delays from natural disasters, marked as “delivered” in tracking but lost).
- The item is as described.
Order Cancellation
Customers have 24 hours after making a purchase to request a cancellation. Please note that a management, processing, and transaction fee of 10% of your total order value will be applied for cancellations.
After this timeframe, the item will be produced, and we cannot accommodate further requests.

Exchange Policy
- In-stock items: 1-3 business days for processing.
- Out-of-stock items: 5-7 business days for processing.
Compensation (points or coupon): 1-2 business days.
Repair: 7-14 business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges or returns for size unless we sent the wrong-sized item. For other issues, please contact us first, and we will guide you through the steps. Please do not return your purchase unless authorized by us.
