We process orders on business days (Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time) and exclude holidays recognized by the Post Office, including New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

About Late Deliveries

While our shipping partners work diligently to deliver your package on time, occasional delays may occur. Titansian Store cannot be held responsible for delays caused by unforeseen events, including:

  • Incorrect Address
  • Missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number
  • Severe weather conditions
  • International customs procedures

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor your package’s journey! Please allow 2-4 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If tracking information isn’t available initially, it means the carrier hasn’t processed your package yet.

I Ordered Multiple Items, But Only Received One… Where’s My Order?

Due to our extensive range of handmade charms, items may be shipped separately to ensure you receive them as quickly as possible. If you notice that not all items have arrived, don’t worry—they are on their way!

Why Haven’t I Received Any Order Confirmation Details?

If you haven’t received confirmation emails, it might be due to an error in the email address provided. We send multiple emails throughout the order process, including an order confirmation and shipping notice. If you suspect you entered the wrong email, please contact us, and we’ll assist you.

I Sent an Email but Got No Response?

Can Orders Be Delivered to Multiple Addresses?

We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you’d like items sent to different locations, please place separate orders.

Do You Offer Delivery to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO Addresses?

Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Orders shipped to APO addresses are sent via DHL Global Mail and then handed over to USPS for final delivery through the military mail system. Please note that shipments to APOs may take up to 45 additional days to arrive. Tracking information may not be available once the package enters the military mail system due to security protocols.
